RiverMuse CE 3.3.0 release notes

Overview

This release provides the first formal version of RiverMuse CE (Community Edition) for pilot project use. The Community Edition provides the core fault management functionality for network and system management including:

User desktop
- User and role management
- Alert Console
- Process Management
- Systems Settings management
- Alert Rules management
omosd mediation and event processing
yarpd unified conditioning service
event and alert database (MySQL)

The release includes the capability for collecting event data from managed systems syslogs and through SNMP interfaces. The mediation capability can be extended through an XML/SOAP interface.
