Looking at the docs on Core I noticed bunch of info on some APIs however these reference that they can be used to send event data to omosd.
So can you outline any mechanism for exposing data from Core, say for a) BI/MIS, b) Trouble Ticketing and c) as feeding into a Manager of Managers (MoM)?
Thanks - Kevin

In the current release the way this is done is via the external actions. In future releases we are planning to expand on this with a more configurable and considerable more powerful external automation framework, which will be capable of both exposing and retrieving data from a range of systems.

Good to speak with you again.
In order that we can give a more succinct reply to your question, can you shed some more light on what specifically you want to achieve? Generically, this is a huge topic in itself, when you consider the number of (for instance) CRM / ticketing systems around, the multiple APIs / methods they support – and this is would answer only one part of your question.
In general terms, our vendor- and technology-agnostic approach to integration makes for a refreshingly wide range of options; the decision as to the best approach to take lies as much with the preference of the user of RiverMuse as with the characteristics of the external systems themselves.
Also, because of:
a. the open nature of RiverMuse Core, and
b. the notion of storing every event within RiverMuse,
all information is available to any application that can use it. So, if you can be more specific, then we can provide a more specific answer in terms of methods available now and others coming soon in our roadmap.
Look forward to hearing back from you.
