New RiverMuse Core 4.2.2 Release Extends Support for Fedora Linux

RiverMuse Core, the first open source Managers of Managers (MoM) platform, now supports intallation on Fedora Linux versions 12 and 13. This is in addition to its existing support for Red Hat Linux. This extended support means that the powerful IT operations management capabilities of RiverMuse Core can now be harnessed in even more end user environments.

The new RiverMuse 4.2.2 version also includes multiple functional enhancements around its alert console display, database support for dynamic variables and more robust data collection capabilities. New support for conditional alerting and clearing also simplifies the management of operations events.
